COVID-19 Update:

Following the ongoing challenges around the COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing to review our working practices to ensure that we continue to deliver services to our customers.

As such, in order for us to maintain service during this unprecedented time, we will be making temporary changes to the frequency of our communication with you to ensure that any updates that we provide remain timely and as informative as possible. This may mean that, where we are still waiting for information or where organisations are temporarily closed and there has been no progress, we will not send you the monthly update that you currently receive.

Please be assured that should you have any questions at any point, you can still contact your Estate Officer in the normal way and they will be more than happy to help.

Land Registry Update:

The Land Registry have advised that updating the Register to create a first registration on a Property, which is compulsory in certain circumstances, is likely to take anywhere between 6 to 12 months. This will therefore cause delays within the Estate where this is required. Your Estate Officer will advise if this is likely to affect you.
